  • Hello Raph,
    A couple years ago I worked out at a gym in Phoenix that used a stretch sequence you wrote for cool down after CrossFit style workouts. I really loved the was it made my both and mind feel, it was also the longest period of injury free time for me. I have lost the link somehow but would really like to reincorporate it into my life. Do you happen to know what I am taking about? I think their were about 20 stretches, including calf stretch (two positions is I remember), side bend, etc. I will be obsessively looking for it, perhaps you can tell me where it is still available?
